Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between EuroCarDeals and its customers.
1. Seller Identity

2. Applicability
- These terms apply to all vehicle sales — whether purchased remotely or in person at our premises. By confirming a purchase, the customer accepts these terms.
- EuroCarDeals reserves the right to amend these terms. The version in effect at the time of the order applies.
3. Prices and VAT
- All prices are in euros (€) and include Belgian VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise.
- The price shown on the vehicle page is the full purchase price. No hidden fees are charged.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due before or upon delivery of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash (within legal limits).
- In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 10% per annum and a flat-rate compensation of 10% (minimum €50) are due by operation of law.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership
- The vehicle is delivered at EuroCarDeals' premises or at a mutually agreed location.
- Ownership of the vehicle passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon physical handover of the vehicle.
6. Warranty on Used Vehicles
- In accordance with Belgian law (Book VI CEL / Law of 1 September 2004), consumers enjoy a statutory conformity warranty of at least 12 months on used vehicles.
- EuroCarDeals provides an additional 6-month commercial warranty as standard, bringing the total warranty period to 18 months unless otherwise stated on the vehicle listing.
- Wear parts (tyres, brakes, clutch, battery, etc.) are excluded from warranty unless the defect pre-existed delivery.
- The warranty is void in cases of misuse, unauthorised modifications, or servicing outside approved centres after a defect has been reported.
7. Liability
- EuroCarDeals is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from use of the vehicle.
- Our total liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- EuroCarDeals processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Belgian law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law.
- In the event of disputes, the courts of the district of West Flanders have sole jurisdiction.

10. Amendments
- EuroCarDeals reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on the website.
