Our rental cars & prices

Have these documents ready with your request — we approve your rental agreement within 24 hours:

• Identity card or passport (front and back)
• Valid European category B driving licence, held for at least 2 years
• Proof of address no older than 3 months (utility bill, lease or certificate)
• For companies: the business's CBE/VAT number

Copies are fine for the request; you show the originals when collecting the car in Hooglede.

Rental period

From 1 month — lower rates for 6 or 12 months

Deposit

1 month's rent, refunded within 14 days after return

Insurance

Third-party + full comprehensive, €750 excess per claim

Mileage

2,500 km/month included, €0.15/km thereafter

Fuel

Not included — return with the same fuel level

Driver

Minimum age 23 with 2 years on a category B licence

Notice period

2 weeks, with no fees or penalties

Payment

First month + deposit before collection, by bank transfer
